Penske Mercedes Service Center Coming Soon
Construction of a new 194,000-square-foot service center is being constructed on Garvey Avenue North just east of Azusa Avenue and is to open in the spring.




Foundation work continues on Mercedes Service Center
as of September 20, 2006.


Construction progresses on foundation
as of September 29, 2006.


As of October 11, 2006, continuing work on shell walls and placement of electrical in rebar frame.


As of November 1, 2006, concrete tilt up walls have been poured.


Concrete shell walls being erected as of November 15, 2006.


Penske is continuing work on roof panels as of December 6, 2006.


As of January 11, 2007, Penske has commenced interior work on metal framing for offices and downstairs rooms.


As of January 18, 2007, tenet improvement construction continues at Penske.


As of February 23, 2007, construction continues on interior frame.


As of March 8, 2007, Penske has begun installing windows.


As of May 7, 2007 Penske Mercedes Service Center has completed the interior tile work which include the service bays. They are also completing tile work and carpet in the front room.


As of May 23, 2007 Penske is continuing work on interior improvements such as the flooring and wall coverings.


As of July 7, 2007 Penske Mercedes Service Center opens for business.
