Quail Ridge Shopping Center Update
The center is located on Nogales Street adjacent to Nogales High School. The City of West Covina recently approved a plan to construct 2 new retail buildings.


Also new is the recently constructed Food Court that includes new tenants:

• Panda Express
• Coffee Bean
• The Mexican Cafe
• Quizno's
• Pizza Hut
• Juice-It-Up

The former Sav-on Pharmacy to become CVS Pharmacy; signage change underway as of September 29, 2006.


Restaurants opening at the Food Court: Panda Express, Juice It Up, and Pizza Hut.


Panda Express opened on December 5, 2006.


As of January 11, 2007 demolition of the former Seafood City continues.


As of May 7, 2007 construction work continues on 15,000 sq.ft. in-line buildings.


Tile roof work underway for the new 18,000 sq.ft. retail commercial center as of May 23, 2007.


As of August 14, 2007, the new commercial building is complete.
