GameStop, Happy Nails and Dental Max are now open.
The food court anticipates the opening of Chronic Taco in October 2008.
The statue, entitled "The Builder" has been unveiled and is now on display in the food court area.
Ruby Tuesday opened its doors to the public on Wednesday, October 1, 2008.
Construction of Fresh & Easy continues and anticipates opening by February 2009.
Wells Fargo will begin construction early 2009.
