NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
OF THE JULY 14, 2004
REGULAR MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the Human Resources Commission of the City of West Covina scheduled for July 14, 2004, will not convene. However, the regularly scheduled meeting of August 11, 2004 will convene at the usual time and place.

In addition, please be advised that the Human Resources Commission will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, July 21, 2004, at 6:30 P.M., in the Management Resource Center, Room 314, West Covina City Hall, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West Covina, California.

The purpose of the July 21st meeting is to continue a closed session hearing of a Public Employee Dismissal, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, which commenced on June 9, 2004. If the hearing is not concluded on July 21, 2004, the Commission will continue it to August 4, 2004, at 6:30 p.m.
