LOCATION: 2121 Shadow Oak Drive (Shadow Oak Park)
REQUEST: The applicant is requesting the approval of a conditional use permit to install a 60-foot high wireless communications tower that will be designed as a mock cypress tree located to the southwest of the tennis courts and northeast of the parking lot. Two sets of three antennas will be located on the tower and an equipment enclosure will be located on the site.

REQUEST: The applicant is proposing a precise plan for site plan improvements and a conditional use permit for a vehicular storage lot. A surface parking lot is proposed surrounded by a seven-foot high wrought iron fence, including landscape areas around the site. The vehicular storage lot is for new vehicles for Penske Motorcars.

LOCATION: 1773 San Bernardino Road
REQUEST: The project consists of the development of a 6.45-acre site, currently used as a dairy and a commercial storage facility, with a 64-unit, single-family residential, detached housing project. The following entitlements are required to facilitate the project:

(1) General Plan Amendment No. 05-02 proposes to change the site's General Plan designation from "Industrial and Manufacturing" to "Medium Residential" (8.1-15.0 dwelling units per acre).

(2) Zone Change No. 05-03 proposes to change the site's zoning classification from "Manufacturing" (M-1) to "Specific Plan No. 22" (SP-22).

(3) Tentative Tract Map No. 62346 proposes to subdivide the 6.45-acre site into 64 single-family residential lots and one lot for private streets.

(4) Precise Plan No. 05-02 for the site design and architecture of the proposed dwellings.

(5) Tree Removal Permit No. 05-05 for the removal of various trees.
