A. REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT AND REAL PROPERTY CONVEYANCE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AND THE CITY OF WEST COVINA - SPORTS PARK PROJECT

E. EXTENSION OF CHARLES COMPANY EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT - 730 SOUTH ORANGE
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission (CDC) approve a 60-day extension of the Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Charles Company for the potential development of a 155,000 square foot commercial retail project on a 12.2-acre site.
