A. TREASURER'S REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF JULY 2007

B. APPROVAL OF ROP AGREEMENT AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission (CDC) adopt the Resolution approving the Educational Services Agreement between the CDC and ROP, approving the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the CDC and Christine A. Hanich and Rich Hanich, approving the Certificate of Acceptance accepting this property and appropriate all necessary funds (which are estimated to be $393,500) from the Housing Set-Aside (862) reserve fund into CDC operating budget.

C. APPROVAL TO PROCEED WITH THE BIDDING OF THE GOLF COURSE AND THE EXTENSION OF RELATED CONSULTANT CONTRACTS.
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission appropriate the necessary funds in the amount of $226,500 from CDC 876 Fund Balance for the bidding of the golf course and authorize the Executive Director to approve and execute the extension of related consultant contracts.
