Chairman Touhey called to order the regular meeting of the Community Development Commission at 7:35 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CONSENT CALENDAR Treasurer’s Report for the Month of September 2007
Recommendation is to receive and file the treasurer’s report of cash balances and investments.
CONSENT CALENDAR ACTION Motion by Sanderson and seconded by Lane to approve the Treasurer’s Report for the Month of September 2007 on the consent calendar. Motion carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Lane, Sanderson, Touhey
NOES: None
ABSENT: Herfert, Hernandez
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Sanderson and seconded by Lane to adjourn the meeting at 7:36 p.m. Motion carried 3-0.
