EDUCATIONAL EXPO
WEST COVINA, CA - March 13, 2008 - The Ed Expo is held at the West Covina City Hall Courtyard on April 19, 2008, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Formerly known as "Literacy Day", this event has been expanded into an Educational Expo. Activities include Mad Science, Magician, Workshops in Reading-Writing-Math-Homework Help, Book Fair, Book Signing, Kids Craft Tables, Library Tours, Free Food, Free Book, and Entertainment for all ages.

This annual event is presented by West Covina Council PTA and West Covina Unified School District, put together by the combined efforts of West Covina Schools and Parent-Teacher Associations, and in collaboration with West Covina Public Library. Also joining us is Author & Radio Host-Steve Russo, Living Water Christian Bookstore, Magical Illusions by Michael LaFond, Police Explorers, Fire Explorers, Sylvan Learning Center, and B.J's Restaurant.

We are focused on improving children's learning and the importance of educational standards in our schools while offering fun activities. Come join us at this fun, community event; everyone is invited to attend.
