STRATEGY AREA A: OUR KIDS: HOW WE SERVE OUR YOUTH

Goal: Launch a "focus on youth" partnership to create programs that will promote the development of a safe, nurturing environment for all the city's youth, including positive and productive outlets for their creativity and energy.

This is only one section of an overall strategic plan. Additional action plans would be developed for each strategic theme.
