2008 Summer Camp Program

June 23rd to August 22nd, 2008
The City of West Covina's Summer Day Camp is a supervised program for youngsters in K through 5th grade. Children participate in recreational activities until picked up by their parent or guardian.

Activities include sports, swimming, arts and crafts, movies, and field trips. Daily snacks are provided.

The Summer Day Camp program is conducted Monday thru Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., from Monday June 23rd to Friday, August 22nd. Day Cares will be closed on Friday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day.

Registration is taken at each site and availability is limited so see your site now and register for the weeks you will need care.

If paying by check or money order, please make check payable to "City of West Covina".

Fees are as follows - $85.75 per week per child or $23.50 per day per child, there is a $5.00 discount off the 2nd /3rd child.

Summer School student fee is $70.00 per week or $20.00 per day per child.

$1.00 per visit additional pool fee will be charged on swim days.

Trips are available to all participants at an additional fee. Please be aware that weekly tuition fees must be current in order to attend field trip.

For the safety of all we request that participants attend (3) or more days to participate on the field trip. We will require all participants wear camp t-shirts so that West Covina Day Camp participants can be easily identified.

Parents are always welcome to spend the day with us on these trips. If students are unable to go on the trip, staff will be at each Day Care Site for trip days.
